Chemsex is the term used for intentional sex under the influence of psychoactive drugs, mostly among men who have sex with men. The drugs (which often include GHB/GBL, Crystal Meth and Mephedrone) are used in combination to facilitate sexual intercourse with multiple partners lasting several hours or days.
Based on firsthand accounts of chemsex and in-person interviews with David Stuart from the clinic ’56 Dean Street’ (David is credited with coining the term “chemsex”).
